How often do the fuko deals that cost around 75k coupons and give ninja like tsunade reverse seal come around? I've been saving since I saw the last one and ive had enough for a while now, but all the fukos now seems like 30k or less.

Fuku deals that have a cap of 45k or more with characters that are purchased via ingots typically show up on special events - once or twice a year. So far, anniversary (July) and Christmas. Sounds like you have 75k so just prepare for christmas based on past fukus.
