(Pots, runes, seals, others..) Want to ask which resources might be used as you get them, since there are no rebates, so they safe to utilize if you feel like. (Cultivation, training potions, purification?) Sorry if list is long.. And thanks in advance for any help given or redirected to. Reply

Strengthen Equip = No rebate
Upgrade Equip = No rebate
Beset Maga = Monthly Event
Refine = Multiple Rebates/Events
Purify = No rebate
Rune Stone = No rebate
Charms = Multiple Rebates/Events
Summon Cultivation = No rebate
Summon Runes = No rebate
Summon Scroll = Multiple Rebates/Events
Treasure Tools = No rebate (Includes all ores, scrolls, orbs, etc)
8 Gates = No rebate
Mt Myoboku = No rebate
Battle Armor = Rebate
Assist links = Only 1 rebate event existed but it's only happened 2-3 times ever in 5 years
Five Nature = Rebate technically exists but scrolls still don't count, so no rebate.
Ninja Assists = No rebate
Secret Scroll = No rebate
Seal Scroll = Multiple Rebates/Events

No need to save magatamas for monthly events, just 30 lvl1 magatamas will do the trick. temporarily remove ur magatamas and upgrade 10 lvl 1 magatamas manually to lvl 2. XD
