I know for items optimization it's recommended to wait for certain rebates, whenever one has enough resources to maximize returns. (Pots, runes, seals, others..)

Want to ask which resources might be used as you get them, since there are no rebates, so they safe to utilize if you feel like. (Cultivation, training potions, purification?)
