My experience with it is: after 14k ingots, I got 40 seal scrolls 50+summons 50+summon, 40 stam potions, 38 sage jiraiya, 51 advanced thread 50+medium 60 advanced refine 30 medium refine and tons of magas, 3,4, 6 5s and 6mil coins . In short, about a 50% bonus on what you spent (not including the reward points shop and stamina potions).
