    I hate this timing.can you do a poll if thous timing are good? because even gnw timing is bad for me and some others. I think it will be batter if it was early
We are not planning on making changes (different time) to events like Sage world, Great ninja war or Nine tails invasion. Sorry.

No, at the moment it is not possible. Only way how to get him is trought battle armor event.

Nothing. If someone already got rank 9 before this event, he or she will receive only those rewards. Basically, that person won't be able to get Tobirama from this event.

As I said, the drop rate for Hashirama is random. Like last time with Itachi/Kisame fragments.

I had 11 Lucky ninja boxes, got Hashirama in my seventh box.
