Hello!

Manda is not yet available in our version and it will be only opened when an update comes. As for the why you can't place summons in GNW, only Leaders and Seniors can place summons in lands. I forgot if Battle Commanders can do it too, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

Edit: Battle Commanders can set summons too.
