Hello, this is intentional. Kakuzu Akatsuki Creation is able to revive more than one time per round, but only able to revive others up to once per round.

Idk about this explanation. Ninjas description should be as clear as possible and there is no information about it in his skillset. There are 2 possible "truths".

1) He is indeed bugged and nobody has an idea how to fix it so the bug became a feature

2) It's not a bug but his description is wrong and misleading new players

both outcomes pretty bad imo and if we agree that it's 2nd option then change his descriptions I guess otherwise for real new players are baited and pissed off that he doesn't work as it says in skill info.
