Hello, if the game is lagging resulting in you not receiving all of the rewards that you are intended to get, I would suggest clearing client cache to see if the rewards then start showing, and if they do not, you will have to create a CS ticket and provide them with screenshots and they will be able to assist you with getting the rewards that you had lost.
