- Description of the bug or issue you encountered or experiencing: I have attempted to log into my account multiple times and it remains stuck at 4% on the loading page. I've flushed my DNS, cleared my cache and cookies, etc. but it still will not load for me. I even had a friend sign into the account to determine if the log-on issue was specific to the account but they were able to sign in so I'm at a loss at the moment why I cannot get the account to load.
