This is the preferred method of communication, and we highly recommend you to open a support ticket if you face any issues, by clicking on the top right corner icon on the (?) question mark in your mini client, and provide them with the screenshots and your information. Please ensure all screenshots are uncropped and contain server date/time and player info.

If your issue deals with personal information (accounts, recharges etc) - this should be the ONLY way you use to find a resolution.
