Hello ninjas,


This thread is solely for reporting people misbehaving within the game, whether through world chat or in private messages. The staff of Naruto Online EN, and Oasis Games wants to create a pleasant environment for everyone to game in, and toxic behavior is a detriment and intolerable blight upon our online community. As a result, we have decided to open this thread to file reports for us to investigate. Please note that this is a serious matter.


#. Format of the report:


- Name of offender:

- Offender’s Server ID:

- Short description of the situation:

- Screenshot/s as evidence: (Read all requirements below!)


#. Your screenshots must follow these guidelines to be a valid report:


● The entire conversation between all parties involved.

● The SERVER time and date from the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Local time/date from the chat log or from your computer or phone will not work.

● Screenshots must be submitted using the forum’s built-in image function. No third-party image hosting sites. If you are having trouble posting images, your image may be too large. Consider reducing the image MB size (At most, 1MB File Size).

● The screenshot may not be edited in any way, with the following exceptions: you may remove your email address (upper right-hand corner) and your coupons/ingots from view if you desire.


Failure to follow the above guidelines mean your report will not be considered valid and your screenshots will not be considered as real proof of another player’s actions of misconduct, meaning we will be unable to punish their misbehavior. We will be unable to investigate any such cases.



Update:

Moving forward, all reports on misbehavior must be filed using the in game CS ticketing system.

Open a support ticket if you face any issues, by clicking on the top right corner icon on the (?) question mark in your mini client, and provide them with the screenshots and your information. Please ensure all screenshots fit the abovementioned criteria.

  • So how would you report Customer support misbehavior, one support member: Customer Support713 has been stalking tickets posted from my IP to attack me and be a general * even after I have accepted answers from other support members he reopens tickets to make false allegations and further attack me on a regular basis.


    I happen to have multiple accounts through means of making them myself, players quiting and giving me ownership of them, and the forbidden situation of being sold accounts. I've passed the mark of having 50 unique accounts/personal UID's not really something I'm proud of but I've been a loyalist of the game since 2017 so I've lost alot of my sanity.

    It would be greatly appreciated if this could be passed to someone who could review the mass of customer support tickets/threads as some grew so long thanks to the abusive support member refusing to leave resolved tickets closed. As the tickets have login emails, and private information I'd rather not post screenshots that would litteraly DOX me and multiple retired players that are associated in some of the tickets in a "publicly view-able setting". If requested I'll supply everything requested to any staff who are willing to assist, I do not care about fixing my security or becoming blacklisted from ever receiving support in the future if it means other players dont have to deal with the abuse I've endured from this individual in their time of need, the last thing a person who's in a position where they need to make a support ticket needs is to be treated like a waste of existence by a support member especially in a more serious case ticket which thankfully I havn't needed to file since 2019.

In the event that staff wish to proceed with this case, This is my original account made when I first came over to this game, as such it has a history of each of my IP's in the event that they are needed to filter customer support activity. As well this is the best account/email to contact me on either username email or bound. I am more than happy to supply anything requested if it can help prevent other players from suffering the stressful hell I've gone through due to the noted CS member in the quoted post, as well I am more than willing to supply any information requested about individuals I've either helped in the past or con artists/scammers I've dealt with to aid in recovering accounts to their rightful owners over the years. As I've acted as pseudo staff in the past I have left every conversation open in the event anything was ever requested by official staff, to which only Flori has ever requested anything from a case he was handling that I had part of.


As I've implied I don't care if I'm treated like * but knowing that this individual has also acted similarly to others is the bigger problem, aswell I can accept a lifetime flag against me if it means we can do something to improve the community as a whole especially if it means individuals like mentioned never attack actual victims in the future or he atleast doesn't act in ways that escalate *ready tense and stressful situation for others.
