define "balance"

why do people ask for "broken" ninjas to "balance" things...???

as someone already said, if she is given for free more times then not you will be beaten by her instead of wining with her

as for everyone else... anbu itachi is very strong in special now with edo madara in the wilds, his bond mystery is decent as well

edo deidara is good if you know how to use him, don't measure every ninja against naruto/obito 10t cuz no one is good...
