You don't get Gaara tokens every single day. You'll get more on the last day.

It is a 5 day event, the last 2 days you get gaara fragments to go 4 star, the first 2 days get 3 star gaara, the 3rd day gets some stuff.
It is your 3rd day, you still have 2 days left.

Then they need to change the verbiage ... it is a little misleading, it would seem that it should be a recharge of any 3 days during the event to claim the 4 Star, not specific days during the 5 day event. Ah well, such as life.

It's recharge 5 days, not 3. And it's not specific. It's just recharge every day for 5 days. The rewards go:

Money, Gaara, Money again, Gaara again, Gaara final.

it actually goes - gaara 2*, gaara 3*, money & stuffs, gaara 50 fragments, gaara 50 fragments making it 4*
