i feel like even 25k fuku is way too much for rasa unless they give like 200 frags or whats needed for 4 star him (yes even with power items seems too expensive)

I agree, also i feel like next fuku is gonna be 30k so its kinda impossible to put Rasa there since it would be a waste of coupons if theres not 180 Rasa frags in it.

Selecting Rasa as your reward in Fuku is a waste already, The only reason to choose useless ninja over even those battle packs is being Rasa fanboy or megalodon whale that doesn't care and wants collection
