Why do i have to recharge again to get both gift cards, when i have 900+ ingots in my account? Is this some blizzard type of april's fool joke from oasis?

Hello, the Platinum Monthly Card requires a recharge on the day of purchase, or an active Jonin Medal to be able to purchase it.

if you don't want to recharge before you buy the platinum one, try buy Jounin Medal like the rest of us. that way you can top up every day or week to save you ingots to do Investment at both Monthly Card.
