Like other people already noticed, you are replacing edo hashirama or revive tsunade frags (unless they replace madara or obito then im completly speechless) with Naruto 9tails chakra that are completly worthless ?!

What actual madman thought it's a good idea not to mention that even coupon value wise naruto is so bad. It's level 7 tree you need almost 40k coupons/ingots spend just to get access to it! not to mention another tens of thousands to properly gain value out of level 7 tree and you are trolling with 9tails Naruto? Cmon guys...

PS Edo hanzo as well ... even base Hanzo would be better

Ok, base hanzo is the ninja i somehow didn't farm yet (will spend some moon coins to get him in my pokedex i guess) so that was completly biased opinion

They should buff that reward instead cuz Im pretty sure it didn't have hokage Minato (change useless sannins to hokage optional pack) and he would be fun and solid ninja to have as rng jackpot for new server players.

Was old reward even a box? Pretty sure it was just 80 frags of base tobirama, hiruzen or hashi and you couldn't pick but ye everything better than sannins...

I would take even Young Adult Konan/Yahiko/Nagato pack any day over Sannins in case there is some BT potential for the future...
