There is no easy way to get him, unless you are a spender bro.

In my case, whenever he is around I always try to get his frags given:

1. I don't like the power-up items offered (in the same event as he is offered ofc)

2. It would only take me an additional of 40-60 coupons for 1 extra frags at the end of the week cycle (Wednesday)

My considerations:

1. Naruto frags vs myoboku gift packs - I will rather get 6p frags cause in late games, myoboku requires more and more to upgrade meaning no use to rush getting myoboku now (always think for long term goals). And besides myoboku is basically everywhere hahaha

2. Naruto frags vs. training potions - Sometimes I get either of the two. My consideration in this are:1. am I close to another Flag synthesis 2. Am I rushing for power? 3. Can I still manage to beat daily missions/events without additional power-ups atm.

3. Naruto frags vs charm/refine (rebate items) - well i often times choose naruto but I always make sure that I have enough for the next rebate (at-least 500 charms and for refines I am after the wish credits rather than the actual refine rebates). In case of refines, I made sure in early game I reached lvl7/lvl8 so that my moon will be focused on keys only hehe.

Actually our server when opened server was around 2-weeks before cave rebates so I knew that I won't make it to 1050 keys and what I did is to just collect refines. It took me 2 refines rebate to get to 7&8 (in the 2nd month rebateI was abe to hit 1k keys I think or 2k haha). In those 2 rebates of refines exceeded around 100+ each (reached around 600+ per rebate) which I don't mind actually.

On the other hand, staying at lvl6 refine for me is fine but your power will suffer during midgame as it is very hard to upgrade 1 euipment to lvl10 refines (lvl6-lvl10 is much cheaper but you will lose potential wins (for months) before upgrading thus affecting your daily item incomes.

Before choosing, you have to consider the state of your server and your long term goal.

1. If there are many players active in your server then might be better to go for rebate items/power items and just save full fuku coupons for 1 time big-time 4 stars (but could take you 3-5 months depending on fuku amount).

2. But if you can manage to be in a competitive state while also collecting naruto frags then it is totally up to you! :)

Above all, I always make sure to maximize my initiative potential before choosing 6paths. I can be delayed of 6paths recruitment but Ini I can't afford. xD Ofc other secondary stats matter also, crit/injury/control/combo but those can wait, for now... hehe

Anyways, this is my story/opinon. Others have different play style/tactics. We should adapt on our server status and ultimate goal.
