Mystery: The 2 side mystery. Offensive one is strong poison that neglects immunity which is good but poison generally isn't so strong nowadays (at least with high power players). The defensive one is probably even better because his whole gameplay is around the hokage "clones".

Standard Attack: Again irremovable strong poison that neglects immunity which might be strong for lower power players

Chase: Enfeeble is a pretty good debuff

Passive 1: This is his main skill. It's really strong considering how the hokages do their mysteries on their own and serve as an amazing shield also.

Passive 2: Good

Generally I think he's a strong ninja purely because of his passive 1. Quite an interesting way to fight and those hokages can be really annoying.
