madara founder is the super rare of the gnw treasure along with naruto kurama, its a 50-50 change and if you get one the next time you get the other one, you only need around 800-1200 draws, there are fragments of him in the wild but i dont know how exactly (also he was once in konoha tree i think for over 170k cp)

everyone misunderstood what OP asks, as after my comment he stated that he already knew that information and clarify that what he is asking is that, BESIDE getting him from pull reward at @ 1k scrolls if there are any chances to get his fragments separately since as he stated he got randomly 1 fragment and he was asking if he will get more basically

and some pulled both super rare and didnt pull jinpachi...
