Ye i know that info and I already have Naruto kurama, I'm around the 1k draws for madara now, but i was surprised I only got 1 frag from the treasure so I would like to know if it has happened to someone else, because i was expecting the full ninja instead of 1 fragment.

Madara Uchiha [Konoha Founder] is a full recruit ninja from Great Ninja War Treasure. Like what other users said, it is a 50-50 percent chance to get him or Naruto [Kurama Mode]. If you got one then you'll get the other one next. As for your situation, just keep pulling. The treasure also drops fragments of them at a very low chance so don't be bothered by it. It is not wrong. Chances of drop for single or two frags and/before full ninjas differ for every player. Some may get it earlier but for some might be later. It is chance and not fixed. Thank you.
