The riddle as a whole refers to the capture of Gaara by the Akatsuki. Line 1 specifically refers to the Sand Village, and the capitalized "Village Sand" refers to the Sand Village as the physical location where Shino can be found. As for the exact location where Shino can be found, Gaara was taken from his home atop the Hokage building, so this is where Shino was hidden lost.
Line 2 is the server location, with s868 Rescue the Jinchuriki being the server in question. It is quite literally spelt out in the riddle, and matches the theme of the rest of the riddle.

Answers to the Third Find Shino Event!

Clue:

Unlock a thousand stones, not a thousand doors,

Most commonly bought at the grocery store.

Come to the cave where the stones are unlocked;

Be careful! The way is blocked!

Answer:

The whole riddle refers to the Mysterious Cave. “Unlock a thousand stones” is referring to the cave key rebate, which is common for players to use in multiples of approximately 1000 cave keys (in units of 1050). “Most commonly bought at the grocery store” is referring to the grocery store interface in the game, which is a highly common place where players purchase these cave keys. This third line, “Come to the cave where the stones are unlocked”, shows players that we are referring to the place where you use the cave keys to unlock the stones, or rune stones, instead of the keys themselves and gives the actual physical location as well as server location. “Be careful! The way is blocked!” refers to the exact location of Shino, which is inside of a cave that is blocked by a boulder. So, it points to the mysterious cave, and to a blocked cave, which also happens to be the mysterious cave in game.
