One of the best ideas I've heard so far. Like I said in a previous post, rinne sharingan sasuke doesn't do any justice to the sasuke fans ( despite being the best sasuke in the game ): so it would be cool to have a new sasuke. Altho, I'm not sure about naruto cuz he already has plenty of forms to go by.

Irremovable ignition should be a must on Sasuke for sure, and hopefully lightning and fire elemental dmg lol.
Regarding what i said about infinite tsukuyomi, yeah i would also hope for it to not happen.

Probably just makin a cool animation for enemies to hit themselves with their own spell, or just a new dodge animation, both would sound good to me, but i would prefer the first solution.

During 2020, we suffered relentless Sasuke posts. 2021 seems to be round 2 of the same song and dance. Nothing was changed during round 1. Round 2 will definitely be different, right?

It seems that u missed the point completely. Im giving a suggestion for a new Sasuke version, not *ready released one to be fixed, theres a big difference. Theres no need for something to be changed, it just needs to be implemented. Hope this cleared it up, also why do you think Sasuke has a good version released in NO. As i said its only natural that people complain...

Nah, i cant quite understand what u mean by this. Simply it would be called rinnegan passive or something like that and would have 2 abilities in it, amenotejikara and shinra tensei for a high chance of dodging standard attacks, something like male Chikushodo, he also has 2 passives in one.

Hes already released in China so its gonna come for sure.
