Hello,

I made a huge mistake. Outside of my main character Gelgoog (s57), I also sometimes play on my alt Dom (s57) for fun. I wanted to top up 5000 gold on my main character to attempt to roll for Ao, but I must've accidentally done so from my alternate account. When I saw I made a big mistake like that, I nearly had a heart attack lol... :(

I added these screenshots and I hope it shows that I did not touch the gold at all. The 150 gold was a bonus from topping up the 5000 gold.



Would it be possible to transfer the 5150 gold from Dom to Gelgoog?

You may be able to if you contact customer service as long as you don't spend anything. There's this post where he had the same thing as you, however, he spent some of them so there were some extra cir*stances they had to take into consideration.
