Hello, I decided to test out this skill to see if defense was being decreased, and it appeared as if it was, but I have reported this to be checked out. Thank you for the report! Many buffs in this game do not have an animation, and I believe Queen Momentum to be one such skill, but I have requested that it be looked into, just to be sure.
