The system in game automatically saved my card details, however, I don't feel safe with it so is there anyway i can remove it?

Go through the recharge menu again as if you were going to purchase more and then when your saved card(s) popup just click the *can icon to delete them.

I tried to click the *can icon but always get crashed from the client when I click on it

A small window with "Naruto Online is not responding" and then i'm crashed. I don't see the *can icon when I use browser because I never recharge via browser.

It doesn't matter. You should be able to remove your credit card information even from browser.
