Not that hard to figure out if you know the events. Fireworks, fateful choice, time-limited ninja recruitment, and coloured banner gift is where we hope it is located as you can redeem fragments there via coupons. It might be in colourful balloons where we can't redeem via coupons. Purchase it tomorrow since sakura tends to be expensive on average.

I mean im asking cause if its gonna be colorfull baloons i dont get anything from that, i was thinking about him being in fireworks but i cant risk it, also theres a possibility of him being in time limited treasure i guess but yet again its only a possibility, for this week im sure hes in sakuras gift so idk what to do, i guess imma just wait for tomorrow and test my luck since i only need 13 frags for 4*
