I think even edo itachi could work counter naruto ,if madara use his y passive which is makes the enemy get surpressed imunity,edo itachi c*e his mys to make him dream,any cc low chakra ninjas too,also guy summer with his mys ,makes our ninja side can do mys without worry about chakra seal barrier
