Personally, I don't think it's currently worth investing in EGF Kakuzu and Samehada Kisame, unless you just really like those characters and want to have them. Fair enough if you want to 4* Kisame I guess since you are so close, but EGF I wouldn't go for, especially if you aren't already within like 15 frags of 4* already.
