easiest fix... make it so it doesnt give reward nor counts toward events and everyone will migrate to ranked

more complicated fix, make it so either (something similar to what is already in but more predominant) split ninjas into tires, if you have certain ninjas you will get paired with the same tire or.. a sort of hidden MMR that actually works (not like in matsuri "you lost x battles now you will be paired with someone weaker" and gets paired with 400k higher power
