Hello, X is correct, the game tries to follow the series, but sometimes certain things are altered for various purposes. Sasuke Rinnegan is quite a good character, and has many good uses, especially with breakthroughs. I will submit this suggestion, but do keep in mind that Sasuke is already quite a good character.

Ive mentioned this so many times and they just told me im annoying with the Sasuke posts, I mean thats the most strongest Sasuke version and he doesnt even have an element on his amaterasu chase, which is blaze style so it shouldve been flame+lightning elemental damage, instead it does neither, while basic akatsuki itachi has fire elemental dmg on his amaterasu. Its just so poor made that it gets funny at times. So you are telling me amaterasu cant be irremovable ignition but slap from 10 tails Madara's rod can give it, yeah that perfectly makes sense, as I mentioned milion times, if only this game had constant reworking when someone is out of balance or needs to be buffed it would be a top tier game, otherwise this is just a Spain without the S.
