3rd week of July is anniversary week so either July 15/22 is when they plan to add the anniversary events. Lower your expectations for anniversary since every year, the rewards are lower than the typical event cycle.

It would be more correct to make Fuku at 60k with a pack of 80 Karin fragments and 30-40 fragments of Madara, Obito, Indra and Ashura.
