Hello, was this other account also logged in through the same device and network? Have you tried clearing cache and flushing DNS yet? If you have tried those, I would suggest restarting your pc and router to see if this will allow you to login. If you still experience errors after this, I would suggest trying to login while using a VPN, you might need to use multiple VPN servers to get it to work properly.
