i heard that you have to have all the charms at level 3 but idk what they mean by charms and if you have to be at a certain level im currently at level 57 if anybody can help me out thank you

Hello!


Charms Interface unlocks at Level 65. After unlocking it, you have to get one of your equipment to at least Level 3 for you to beset a Rainbow Magatama. Just like the image posted above. From there, you can now synthesize your Rainbow Magatama. Thank you.
