Support is meant to be a character that buffs the P1 char or/and the team, heals/adds shields to the team, or provide a useful debuff against the opponent. Sasuke, in this meta, is used as a support to debuff naruto. The only reason why sasuke's value increased in the this meta is due to Naruto getting his SBs.

Anyway, even with SBs, sasuke is far too weak to be used as a P1 carry in comparision to other ninjas. People had Kakuzu and Kisame way before Naruto.

yes and no, more precise not entirely or not only, a support character is someone that complements the p1 either buffs/heals or control and lower damage to "clean" or so if p1 doesnt finish the job

Back then, when EGK Trial was THE meta i lost against peoples with -100K power. Just because Kakuzu's autoattack. Nothing new, just the name changed.

Nah, you cant really say EGK was as much of the problem as the fully skill trialed Naruto, its just deffending Naruto at that point. He was indeed annoying but atleast he was one of the ninjas that wasnt immune and it helped a bunch, you could always play smart and win against him, against Naruto no matter what you do, you lose the fight because its just that broken.

If Sasuke wasn't meant to be a P1 when why with BT was he given one of the highest scaling potentials in the game?

Playing Sasuke P1 vs Naruto is like hoping rock wins vs paper, there are other setups that can compete with Naruto f2p style you just have to use correct ones. Can't expect non meta or hipster setups to win vs top tier meta ones so i dont get it whats the problem.

1) Choose Naruto yourself

2) Choose different meta setup that is close to naruto in power level aka GNW madara setups work fine vs him or now Edo tensei Madara

3) Use Sasuke as fun setup and just accept you won't win vs his counters

The problem is that there was no alternative to naruto, whatchu mean by get another meta ninja to counter him, there was none for coupons, Especially when they go kakuzu, Rin and 6p Naruto, I already told you that i dont want to use Naruto to beat Naruto, its just pathetic. The thing is, it was never bad to this extent, thats why everyone is complaining, the release of Rin and skill trial for Naruto kinda ruined the experience, but we move on i guess.
