Honestly this is probably the exact reason why they do it this way. If you are thinking of spending 10k ingots on refinement but then see great event next week you will just save the ingots right? If they dont post it however you will spend your 10k on refinements and if the next weeks event is really good you will spend another 10k on that one. Double profit for them. It is all about profit in this game. Just like we do not need anymore servers but they keep opening servers daily. Why? More profit. I think there is not much point in complaining. Just accept the fact that they will always put profit over customer satisfaction.
