So i started a new server yesterday S1740 Shadow Strangle UK ( My character name is flowz) and i tried to recharge 2500 ingots. I entered the details and it said that it was successful but the bank had not taken any money out and i received no ingots. So i tried to do it a little later and still didn't work. So rang up my bank and they said that no money had been taken and that you (oasis games) had not taken the money because you were having an iusse with your website. They said to wait a while though i was impatient so i only waited a few hours i tried again a few more times with 50 ingot recharges just to see if it would go through at all. I don't understand what is happening I've made many purchases on this game before and never had a problem. Getting quite impatient because I'm missing out by not being able to recharge. I have friends who have made payments around the same time and even using the same bank company i use and it worked fine for them. I will try again tomorrow or even later tonight if you respond to this message saying that it's okay to do so and that it will be sorted. Thanks hope this can be resolved. Just a note i do not want more than 2500 ingots, that's all i want if there ends up being two of these 2500 ingot purchases i will want a refund.
