Past Dec'19, I have been addressing the same issue such as, Unable to load, Black screen, VPN issues etc.. but sadly until date they dint consider an solution for it.
I have invested so much of Time & Money and unable to get an perma solution. Even in Puffin mobile, we are able to get only 1 hr free. The game also does not open in other websites.
I hope they will bring out some change or make an inbuilt VPN.

Hello, have you tried clearing cache and flushing DNS already? If you are still experiencing issues after this, please try restarting your pc and router. The final thing that might help you, is logging in via VPN. This will allow you to bypass any issues that might arise between your pc and the game's servers. You might need to try logging into many different VPN servers before you can bypass the issue.
Hi, I have followed the same instructions in the past and until date. The basic problems with VPN's are::
1) Sometimes they dont get connected with server.
2) Limited Usage per day
3) Makes the game so laggy and slow.
4) Unable to take part in cross server events
Sending so much cash and unable to play the game to the fullest its really annoying having these simple constrains. We request your team to solve the issue by proposing the same to concerned team.
