Alright, customer support ain't doing anything. I've been having this problem for about a week now and they keep on directing me to the support page for the browser version of the game. When I first contacted support about 2 weeks ago, they said that I should use a free VPN. That worked, but now whenever I use it, it's still giving me [flash/hud/activityDashboard.swf] Loading failure and [flash/hud/fireDream.swf] Loading failure.

I've used a different VPN, but that doesn't work either. I've updated the mini-client (unless there's a version I don't know about because I check with the 'Look for updates' option). I've also used the game doctor function and that doesn't work either. I've logged out and logged back in. Restarted my computer. I've done everything support has asked of me and whenever I ask for more help, they send me the exact same response as before.

If anyone has any solutions, please help.

Hello,
For most problems like this we usually do recommend a VPN. The problem with a VPN, however, is that they don't all work equally. A VPN isn't guaranteed to route you around a specific problem. In this case, I would recommend trying multiple VPNs, as many as possible until you find a VPN that works and does route you around whatever problem is causing you to fail to connect to the game server. You c*so try contacting your ISP to see if there's a problem on their end if you're being throttled somehow, but usually this problem is an issue of poor local/server connectivity. Most users that experience this issue are, for example, playing in one region and trying to connect to another (such as playing in the HK region but trying to connect to the UK region), so their physical distance to the servers are causing connection issues. This is why the VPN works, but why not all VPNs work, and why multiple VPNs should be tried. It's also why VPNs will sometimes work and then go down as issues arise along the "route" the connection takes.

I will ask around for additional solutions to your problem. In the meantime, please try additional VPNs (and their respective servers) and let me know if that works for you.
Thanks!

P.S. Can you confirm for me that you're on version 3.3 of the miniclient? You might also try doing a clean reinstall of your client. Sometimes the files get corrupted and that can cause this kind of error.
