Hello! i claimed the daily activity today, i have been offline for a while, and now when i logged in again, i saw that my 30th day Rin claim is not there anymore. Those are the fragments i need to make her 4 stars. Anything that i can do about it? I really need her fragments :(

Are you playing in a region other than your actual timezone? This problem is persistent for people that play in timezones other than their actual timezone. For example, if you play in GMT+0 but live in GMT+8, you'll always have issues with some events like this which have differing resets ba
Otherwise, if you're playing in a mismatched timezone you'll need to make sure you're awake to claim your fragments in the narrow window where you overlap.

Hello! First of all, yes. I am playing on S23 Tsunade server, being in a different timezone than my IRL one. And i got your idea. Thanks alot for the tips ^^
But sad enough, id like to make a ticket on Customer Support, but i dont have any screenshots made. I was thinking about it a bit too late to be done. But not a problem! Even if i can be reimbursed for the missing fragments, which are 15 fragments missing for her, can i, somehow, find her in any shop? Sooner or later? And yep, there is a 2 hours gap between server sided timezone and my IRL one. So.. Yep, is a bit mismatched . And im fully awake, mostly of the time from 5-6 in the morning till late night at 11-12. So, not a problem with that. And what you mean with "the narrow window where i overlap"?
