Hi, when the game finished loading the screen turn black and i use VPN and even clear the cache. What i notice is that sometimes it can be played and sometimes it cannot and i was still playing yesterday with the same VPN server but when i tried to do it to day just a black screen. How are others not facing this problem please help!

i even pressed on the + sign where it said click here if you have encountered black screen and nothing helps i have done all the support service told me. :(

Hello, what version of the miniclient are you using? Is it a newer version, or an older version?

If you are experiencing this error with different versions of the miniclient, then the error lies either with your internet connection, or with a server that the VPN is routing you through, I would suggest trying out many different VPN servers to bypass the faulty server, and allow a proper connection.

I have been facing this issue of late and its totally annoying. Most of the free VPNS are so laggy and unable to load the game and we cant enjoy. I request your team to develop an inbuild VPN with the New/Old Client which will help player all around the globe to enjoy the game.
