Does anyone know it if is possible to transfer an account from one server to another?

I am currently playing on S1659 - LA server, started about a month ago. However, the server is dead. There are only 5 active players. Therefore, I wish to know if it possible to move that account of mine to a different server which is active?

Any kind of help is greatly appreciated.
