Yep, Because It Should Of Been Written As "Increasing The Selected Target's Mystery Skill" Instead Of "Decreasing The Selected Target's Own Mystery's Skill" Which In Most Likelihood Would've Been An Unfair Advantage Towards Your Opponent In An "Tense Battle" (That Is As Such Though)..Nolanski San
