The teams you have thought of with Suigetsu and Gakido are fine, but right now I would recommend that you either get Nagato to 4 stars and/or invest in getting the new Pain - Chikushodo [Male] when he becomes available for coupons in a few weeks (probably during next fuku). Nagato will make Sasuke's mystery undodgeable and Pain will make all ninjas that are both Akatsuki and Rinnegan (so, Sasuke Rinne, Nagato, all the Pains) have undodgeable chases. In this meta where Naruto SOSP can dodge a lot, these unavoidable attacks are especially useful.
