I'm currently planning to impeach the leader of our dead Level 12 group instead of joining the active ones because I have no plans in getting involved in group dramas especially during GNW and Convoy & Plunder time, and was wondering if as the new Leader of a dead group and being the only sole active member, can I still schedule group summons and other stuff or do I need a specific number of active people on my group?

I'm a casual player btw and willing to spend my ingots on this unless I needed to have extra members on my team and will have to continue playing the game on a dead group. I just don't like the drama during GNW and C&P time but would like to play in a group that still had the group summons event and such.
