I think you need access first to your account to do that but since we can't login...
UNLESS there's a way you can do it without logging in then we're just gonna have to wait some sort of fix for this.
Just did it, you just have to go to 'my center' and the box option to merge will be there, just put a e-mail and password.
Acabei de fazer, só ir em 'my center' e clicar na box 'bind' colocar e-mail e senha e tá sussa
