you can try other ninja who buff lighting ninjas like darui or sasuke but if you want use akatsuk6ninja you can try any others pain

suigetsu gives 15% tai/nin each round, chik give 40% nin and tendo is best used as a round 1 blitz so you want him buffed as much as you can at round 1

Chikushodo can increase ninjutsu by 40%

Chikushodo increase nin 40% for 3 rounds, konan increase tai+nin 40% for 3 rounds, so i have a doubt if they can be used together. Can any1 confirm?

its not the same buff thus it works with both, i'd add earth main too for chakra and a bit of buff

The buffs stack and you have to use earth main or lightning main (put him before pain) to get the required 60 chakra and use pain's mystery round 1. Lightning main can buff pain with lightning style enhancement and earth main can buff the whole team with pose of duel.
