Hello! At the moment, there are no plans for the Boruto series to come to Naruto Online, but who knows, it could be possible in the future.

What I can recommend is to make a suggestion in the "Suggestion Thread" found here. Suggestions/feedback is important and having it in the right place will ensure that it does not get missed and will be seen by the Naruto Online team that is in charge of suggestions on the forum.
