I agree with the above post except with 1 thing. Minato in my opinion is the 2nd best in the ninjas you mentioned. Sasuke has the highest scaling in the game, but without good defensive skills(like dodge or heal) or immunity, he cant reach that high potential. Either way, naruto is the best to choose.
