What happened after 6p Naruto BT is not different from what happened after Samehada Fusion Kisame BT.

People need to realize one thing: nerfs do not hurt whales one bit. At worst meta will reverse to older one and every whale is ready for every meta anyway. Nerfs only affect f2p players who spend time to get character and upgrade to 4*, likely skipping other ninjas.
