[ PVP ] Mist literally affects almost nobody. Can we fix that?

Mist gets people who attacks only one unit. Problem is that's almost always nobody. That's even worse than blindness.

Not to mention mist doesn't guarantee a hit against someone else's team.


What's the point of the ability?. I'm more annoyed that I can't see the difference between blindness and mist.
